Join us for a special workout fundraiser hosted by LIFT Performance, aimed at supporting Mental Health Connecticut’s Let’s Face It campaign. This isn’t just any workout—it’s an opportunity to experience elite coaching that prioritizes personal, physical, and mental growth. Led by seasoned coaches who meet you at your level, this 45-60 minute session combines weight training for strength and muscle-building with dynamic conditioning to elevate your heart rate, all in a fun and challenging atmosphere.

When: Saturday, 5/11 from 9:30 – 10:30 am

Where: LIFT Performance Studio, 409 Canal St, Southington, CT 06467

Who: All fitness levels are welcome!
